When Amie Baima opened Skillets Café & Grill 30 years ago, it was in response to people seeking more breakfast options from the bakery she owned at the time. Since then, her restaurant has been a favorite destination for Hilton Head Island residents and visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
